Tis the season to deck my balls....

Wow it has almost been a week..., guess I really have been....

Sorry about the title, I find it amusing in my odd mood at the moment. Plus I hope you liked my intro track to this post...., gotta love the classics.

So anyways, the reports of my untimely death, from the knitting needles of old ladies in disguise, have been greatly over exaggerated it seems. Yes I am not dead!

I really am just so tired, this days brings me halfway on my mammoth nine day stretch, and to top it off I have thrown my back out! So not only have I already worked five days, I have inscrutiating pain..., and another four days to look forward to. Don't grow up kids..., being an adult sucks arse..., and in no way that is even remotely pleasant.

Still there is one thing to look forward to, and this brings me back to that wholly..., or is it holy..., hmm perhaps holly..., inspired, yet totally inappropriate post title. CHRISTMAS! I love Christmas, it is my most favourite time of year. Still sometimes I wish it would snow..., I really would like a white Christmas just once. Still I guess I can't complain, with my balmy sunny weather, and tidy yet scantily clad boys running around.

YAY ME!!

Well back soon..., have fun peoples.

Sorry about your back hope it gets better. If scantily clad boys were a feature of Christmas over here maybe I'd be a bit more interested in celebrating it.

Have you tried acupuncture? No, really not being all silly with you. I know, I know, everyone says it is voodoo medicine. But it really works well, better for somethings and backs are easily treated with acupuncture. Just a thought!

Heal up soon!

Octavius!

So sorry to hear about your back!

I don't entirely agree with the 'getting old' part. Sure, you may not be as spry as the younger boys but you have a whole lot more life experience and I'd look for that in a man any day!

Oh, and here in Chicago it's supposed to snow today! Hooray!!

Take care of yourself, mister!

I used to throw my back out once a month. I would go to a chiropractor and get an adjustment. Two years ago someone suggested I get a deep tissue massage. I did. I havent been back to the chiro since. I get a massage when the back gets stiff, about every 3 months.

Happy holidays. Find a good massuesse and treat yourself this holiday season.

christmas is the favorite time of the year for most people, including me, i liked it a lot as a kid, but over the years (recently) it's gotten less exciting.

the past few years ever since my mom got uber-intensely religious christmas was all about going to church and stuff, and she kinda makes me go too.

but not this year :)

take care

Ron

Octavius -- Love the eclectic mix of topics you've got going here (sailors, jeeps, Miami Vice, eye candy). Gotta love all those ingredients in a single blog.
